Fully 3D-printed toe pistons built around a standard guitar effects pedal footswitch. Print the housing, drop in the switch, and mount it to your pedalboard frame.

Overview
Toe pistons sit above the pedalboard and are operated by the organist’s feet for hands-free preset recall, general cancel, and sequencer control. Traditional toe pistons are expensive machined metal parts. The PIPE 2C toe piston replaces them with a fully 3D-printed housing that accepts a standard guitar effects pedal footswitch as the internal mechanism.
This approach provides a rugged, tactile switch with proven durability (designed for stage use) at a fraction of the cost of purpose-built organ components.
Design
- 3D-printed housing — Angled cap and square mounting base, printable on any FDM printer
- Effects pedal footswitch — Standard momentary footswitch (the same used in guitar stompboxes) provides the click action

- Angled face — Ergonomic tilt for comfortable foot operation
